Born and raised in Lubbock, Keltin VonGonten is the defense lawyer you want on your side. After graduating from Coronado high school, Keltin earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Texas Tech University.
Keltin demonstrated his passion for criminal defense by beginning and maintaining a job with Hurley, Guinn & Singh even before becoming a law student. He started as a law clerk and quickly moved his way up the ranks as he furthered his education. Keltin went on to earn his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law and his Master’s in Business Administration from Texas Tech’s Rawls College of Business.
While in Law School, Keltin was published twice: once in Creighton International and Comparative Law Journal and once with the Business and Bankruptcy Law Journal. Keltin was also an Editor on the Business and Bankruptcy Law Journal, a productive member of the Board of Barristers, and a Student Attorney for the Caprock Regional Public Defender’s Office. As a Student Attorney, Keltin was honored to represent indigent defendants across West Texas, handling anything from DWI to Perjury.
Working with Hurley, Guinn & Singh, Keltin has been essential in the disposition of many cases such as murder, sex crimes, white collar crimes, and many more. Keltin is a dedicated and passionate criminal defense lawyer that will fight for you every step of the way.
